Dying Light: The Beast - Ground Materials

Two main materials for old town of Castor Woods.
I used materials from textures.com as a base, made a mesh from it, reshape to make a proper tiling and scale and texture the diffuse/roughness/specular basically from the scratch.
GrabDoc addon for blender was very helpfull to have a quick itteration.

Rendered in C-Engine.
